RESERVATION / PAYMENT / CANCELLATION CONDITIONS All prices are in Euro (€), including VAT. Tourist tax is an additional charge. Cancellation is free of charge up to 14 days before the date of stay for B&Bs and up to 30 days before the date of stay for vacation homes. Reservation changes are subject to the same deadlines as cancellations. All reservations must be guaranteed with a full credit card number. If this is not guaranteed, the reservation will be automatically cancelled unless another option has been agreed upon. Payments will be available for collection after the cancellation period has expired. If you wish to pay using another payment method, please notify us in advance. For any reservation of the holiday home, a 50% deposit is required upon reservation and the balance will be payable 30 days before arrival.
GIFT CARDS AND CERTIFICATES Gift cards are valid for 1 year (subject to availability and excluding July/August) from the date of purchase and are payable in advance, non-cancellable and non-refundable. Gift certificates are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase and must be paid in advance. They are non-cancellable and non-refundable. If the gift certificate is less than the amount of the reservation, the remaining amount must be paid. Conversely, if the value is higher, we are not required to provide change.
ARRIVALS / DEPARTURES / PARKING We welcome you between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. Late arrivals are not guaranteed and must be arranged in advance. We have 4 parking spaces available. Please respect the spaces and ask us if you have any questions.
Rooms must be vacated by 11 a.m. at the latest and the holiday home by 10 a.m. at the latest. If you still want to enjoy yourself and take a stroll, it is possible on request to leave your vehicle parked.
CONDITIONS OF STAY The rooms are non-smoking (penalty of €150 for non-compliance). However, smoking is permitted in the garden and on the terraces. Given the layout of the premises, we thank you for respecting the peace and quiet of your room and terrace neighbors at all times.
The pool is a place of relaxation and rest. We ask that you respect the peace and quiet of the area and refrain from shouting or playing music. The pool is not supervised, and children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. For hygiene reasons, it is forbidden to bring and consume food in the room. In the event of damage to the furniture, deterioration or theft, we reserve the right to charge the cost of repair or replacement for an amount equal to the amounts incurred.The same applies to any infraction noted after departure where the amount of compensation will be debited from the customer's card.
