Offered only in guest rooms and by reservation.
A bit like how they created the decor of their house, Marc cooks according to his inspirations and the fresh products he finds on the markets. Also inspired by his numerous travels, it is not uncommon for guests to be welcomed with exotic cocktails and cuisine with Brazilian, perhaps Japanese or even Italian, and especially Provençal inspirations (Aïoli, Gardiane de Taureau, Soupe au pistou , …).
Meats, fish, vegetables, spices, soups, local cheeses, local organic wine, homemade desserts: the menus change and are very varied.
Please note that all people with a special diet can obviously specify this at the time of booking.
