In a calm and warm atmosphere, our 300m² house welcoming up to 13 people has large openings, it is an atypical house which allows you to live inside/outside.
You benefit from a spacious living space with an open kitchen fully equipped with professional equipment, a dining room with a large table, a living room with benches, a relaxation/reading area, an office, all largely open to the garden.
In the garden, you enjoy taking your meals around a large table shaded by a large arbor equipped with misters.
The summer lounge is available to you for your aperitifs and your reading times, a summer dining room to enjoy the sheltered outdoors even more, a barbecue and a pizza oven are at your disposal. .
You cool off in the swimming pool, play with the waterfalls and relax in the solarium overlooking the swimming pool.

On the garden level, a first bedroom equipped with a large queen-size double bed and its bathroom with direct access to the garden.
From the dining room, a discreet and original steel staircase takes you to the "parental" suite on the first floor, a queen-size bed, a dressing room and a huge bathtub await you.
By another internal staircase you reach the "suspended" bedroom with a double bed (bathroom/toilet is on the ground floor) ideal for children, as well as a large bedroom with its open bathroom and a separate toilet and equipped with a large double bed and a single bed. This room is also accessible by the staircase from the garden which leads to its private terrace.
By the garden staircase you access 2 bedrooms each equipped with a queen-size bed, a bathroom with toilet. These 2 bedrooms are located in a modern timber frame construction.
The property benefits from 5 parking spaces, 2 of which are inside and 3 private spaces at the beginning of our path.
An automatic gate filters the entrances and exits and protects the entire property.
