Also inspired by his numerous travels, it is not uncommon for guests to be welcomed with exotic cocktails and cuisine with Brazilian, perhaps Japanese or even Italian, and especially Provençal inspirations (Aïoli, Gardiane de Taureau, Soupe au pistou , …).

Meats, fish, vegetables, spices, soups, local cheeses, local organic wine, homemade desserts: the menus change and are very varied.
